Telehealth allows us to provide appointments and therapy to our patients via live video conferencing.

Telehealth appointments can be beneficial methods of seeing your provider between traditional appointments and procedures.

Our telehealth solution allows you to have the entire session take place digitally.

This can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone.

Your Upcoming Telehealth Appointment

Before you can visit your provider via telehealth, you must sign the Telehealth Consent Form under Patient Forms.

You will connect to your provider by visiting their profile page and clicking on their doxyme badge (provider photo).
